Latest Willoughby Losner Scholarship Awards for International Students in the UK 2022

The Royal Holloway, University of London is accepting applications for the Willoughby Losner Scholarship Awards for International Students in the UK. The grant is valid for the academic year 2022/23.

These fellowships are meant to help postgraduate students who want to attend the University but can’t afford to pay for it out of their own pockets.

Candidates must have earned or be on track to earn a First Class Honors degree or an equivalent qualification.
The University accepts all overseas students, whether they want to study full- or part-time after completing their undergraduate degrees.

Perks for using the application
One year’s study at the Royal Holloway, University of London, is eligible for the award sum of ¬£7,300 from the institution.

Application process

A postgraduate taught program at the University is required for applicants to apply. Applicants must use RH Direct to submit their applications once they have been accepted.

 

Required Documents

  • Please submit one academic reference in writing (up to 200 words). Academics who have previously assisted, taught, or collaborated with you should provide these. A letter of recommendation from an academic should be sent to humanities-school@rhul.ac.uk by email. Each question must not exceed 500 words in length. Statements that go beyond this word limit will be summarily rejected. A scholarship statement should address these issues.
  • In addition to your academic achievements, please describe how you plan to apply the MA in your future research and professional path and how the scholarship will help you get there.
    Requirements for Admission:
  • As a postgraduate student, you must meet the overall requirements for admission to Royal Holloway, as well as any specific departmental requirements that may have been included in your application.
  • For the most part, students are able to meet the university’s language competency standards in English.
